Service Description

Preparing for your best birth is more than deciding whether to have an OB or midwife deliver your baby, or choosing to have a hospital birth or home birth. Every detail should be explored and fully inspected prior to your last trimester. Whether you are preparing for your first birth or third, or you are recovering from trauma from a previous birth. I highly recommend looking at your thoughts, precepts and mindset towards your upcoming birth. These session can be done in person (if you live in Fort McMurray) or over zoom.
